You can open it still.

If you switch your version of ME to the 5.0 beta branch, resave the world and then switch back to the current version, you can open the world.

Can't afford to lose such a great system. :P

My screenshot page where you can see more recent rail work I've been doing: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/profiles/76561198007689114/screenshots/ My preferred guage these days uses 6 small blocks of space between the rails, with a width of two blocks for the rails

Unfortunately, this world build is so old that it probably isn't supported in current ME. I can't even open it any more
