Vibrant, Saturated [SimCity 2013-esque] Tweaked for After Dark (W.I.P)

Here, just a real quick one now. I'm still playin' around with this one, so I've got no solid screenshots ATM. Trying to get the new saturation of everything right now that After Dark changed it, and I think I'm getting close.


[Also, if you use this, I ask that you disable clouds, as they look atrocious with this LUT.]
