I wonder if you would let me use this model for an urban metro station combined with a tram stop? I would basically make a better version of this asset: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=641725116

I would make one of the street facing sides face the street and the other one would face a 2 way tram-only lane. I would link back to your asset pages in order to give you credit for the model.
