this one is a 9x8, but because that doesnt "fit"sometimes, there is a 8x8 thats almost similar to this one :P

You could put them in one set, but I don't advise that, it's better to let people choose what they want. Also you don't need to add "Cities:Skylines - After Dark" because I dont see anything you are using that requires buying the expansion. You need to add all the Required Items that you used though.

Anyway i can put my parks in one set?

Looks good, you have to include the requirements on the right hand side of the page though if you want anyone to see all the props you used. otherwise they will just see any empty lot.
