Description
This is a redo of the original Small Fountain Plaza by Jens. It was missing the fountain prop in the middle for me, and other people. I added the prop in the Asset Editor. Hopefully this will fix it for other people too.

Original description by Jens:
A catchy 3x3 square with a water fountain! Enjoy! Be aware you'll need the water fountain asset and that the model import in cities skylines wont allow animated objects (the fountain does not move!).

@Yung Aime: you're probably right about the category. I don't play much anymore though, so I won't update it. Hopefully the original gets updated at some point.
