DeveloperMode is just something I used for a while.
I just thought i'd release it publiclly eventually.

It changes the following cvars:
kEnableDevBindings = true
kUpgradeBlockC = 0.000
kUpgradeBlockR = 0.000
kUpgradePCostC = 0
kUpgradePCostR = 0
kPointMax = 999999

Translation:
Free P upgrades
Free block upgrades
999,999 max P
Dev bindings enabled (ctrl + r = kills your sfx and music)
Sector info

Remember to give it priority above all else.
