More Racial Tier 3s

Description
This is a mod that aims to expand the number of racial tier 3 units in the game.

Currently included units

HUMAN-

Swashbuckler

A tier 3 Irregular with sword and pistol. In melee it is much more fragile than the Human Knight, but with Sprint and Fire Pistol its able to combo well with them and set up devestating flanks and charges.

Monk

A tier 3 Support unit with the ability to summon a 'lesser angel' in combat. Both it and its summon have stats more in line with tier 2 units, but the action advantage they provide cannot be beat.

HIGH ELF-

Deadeye

A tier 3 mounted Archer, their arrows have a little extra electrical zing. They're not especially tough, but their ability to rain death on their enemies from afar is unparalleled.

Blademaster

A tier 3 Infantry unit, this mysterious elf has the ability to use a special 'Lightning Strike' ability to deliver one massive blow of physical and shock damage with no fear of retaliation. Of course, it is still an elf and without armor is very squishy.

DWARF-

Bear Lord

A tier 3 Cavalry, this unit is fragile (for a Dwarf) but hits hard. On Gold medal they acquire Fear Strike, making them easy pickings for the rest of the army.

Farmer

A tier 3 Irregular, this battle farmer is mounted on the back of a mighty ox. Their large supply of bred combat-chickens make for surprisingly dangerous projectiles. Dwarven farming is hardcore.

ORC-

Elephant Rider

A tier 3 Cavalry with a lot of HP and defenses that leave something to be desired. Works best as a skirmisher, or to finish off units with War Cry and Devestating Charge but tends to fold in direct melee.

Spell Blade

A Tier 3 Irregular. These solitary Orcs are some of the few who seek mastery over the arcane arts. They favor no element and can surprise their foes with short spell lash beams. Of course they don't hit as hard as the orcs who spent their whole lives training to hit things with big sticks.

GOBLIN-

Death Rider

A tier 3 Archer mounted on a vicious Carrion bird. This goblin is fantastic at hit and run tactics, and slowly cripples its foe's blight resistance to kill them with toxic poison. Not great in a stand-up fight however, if you can corner one you can kill them pretty easily.

Ninja

A tier 3 Irregular, these Goblins are fairly weak combatants. Unless you happen to have been afflicted by a status effect. Their special 'Sneak Attack' skill jumps their attack up to monstrous levels against units that have been debuffed/stunned/trapped/or poisoned. Of course they have all the integrity of wet paper.

DRACONIAN-

Cryomancer

A tier 3 Archer that is a twisted and malformed Hatchling. Deadly to other Draconians with its powers of ice, and no slouch against everyone else. At Gold Medal it gains the powerful Ice Breath ability.

Wyrm

A tier 3 Monster with a (if slightly weak) Balefire Breath. A corrupted Dragon of blight and fire, it is far weaker than its kin and lacks the ability to fly. However, it is still a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield.

HALFLING-

Tinkerer

A Tier 3 Archer armed with a prototype musket and a bag of inventions to help even the odds. Stun your enemies, shock your enemies, freeze your enemies or just shoot them in the face! Explodes on death.

Dashing Hero

A Tier 3 Infantry unit with the same old Halfling tricks. These Halflings have travelled far and wide and returned home with a collection of powerful equipment and the ability to wield it.

TIGRAN-

Gladiator

A Tier 3 Cavalry with fairly low base damage. However with Bloodthirsty and various slaying abilities it can really put the hurt on any racial unit. Just don't expect it to do so hot against non-racial units.

Solar Warrior

A tier 3 Pikemen with some nifty tricks up its sleeves. Strong defenses, guard-breaker, Throwing Sun Spears and the ability to Devour Corpses to heal on gold medal! Of course that comes at the price of some offensive skills.

FROSTLING-

Smasher

A Tier 3 Infantry unit with high damage and shatterstrike to synergize with the rest of the Frostling army. No real gimmicks, FROSTLING SMASH PUNY HUMANS.

Ascetic

A Tier 3 Archer unit who mostly uses elemental damage. Can also fly thanks to harnessing Unlimited Power (note, power may not in fact be unlimited)

Would LOVE if you could either patch to work with Legendary Racial Units (evolves Elite Tier 3 into stronger Tier 4 of same mob), or if you could just edit this mod to allow for the added units to evolve

My only complaint after using the mod, is that the icons have placeholders, which sorts of break immersion.

I wonder if it's complicated to put some quickly made iconised-screenshots instead of such placeholders? shouldn't be too hard.

Many of these units are lacking sound effects when they attack.

E.g. High Elf Deadshot when letting loose arrows from their bows.
