Thanks to advanced profile editing, controls are now listed right in Controller Companion in the edit menu.
But here they are anyway.

D-Pad/Left Stick = Movement
A = Jump
X = Umbrella
Y = Hologram
LB = Item Bar
RB = Walk
Start = Map Toggle
Right Stick = Mouse
Right Stick Button = Click
Left Stick Button = Navigation
Back+Left Stick Button = Reset
Back+LB = Hide Desktop
Back+RB = Restart from Checkpoint

Double Tap LB for full Inventory in KS+ levels
Navigation works like this: Press once for White edge around screen, double tap it for the Edge + Quick Map
