Description
Changes the Level 3 Champion Military racial governance upgrade of the Goblin race.

Now instead of giving +5 health and disgusting stench skill to Goblin Big Beetle, ALL goblins (including leader and heroes) under your command will have disgusting stench skill. The +5 health is removed from the upgrade.

Requires Eternal Lords DLC.
