8x13 park, only a small entertainment value, but it's cheap to upkeep and helps make streets a little more interesting-

Place where (theoretically) cims park to catch the bus or carpool with each other, while letting the kids play or dropping off their recycling too. In reality/game, they just hang out and have fun and vanish for hours or weeks at a time into the toilet stalls.

Since I am totally new to creating stuff for Cities: Skylines, feedback is welcome if you think I made it too cheaty cheaty cheap and should up the prices or water/electric usage.
