Second, you're about 5 years late to the party, get with the program.
Third, because you're 5 years late and this map hasn't been updated in about 4 branch updates it probably just doesn't work anymore. Like most of my mods. I don't play this game anymore, and I don't "OWE" anyone to reinstall the game and update it. If you want to see what it was like, load it in the editor and, just like I had too, learn to mod the game. The information to do so is out there. And DRAM one of the developers is very active and friendly on steam. I recommend you request to be his steam friend. He'll be an absolutely invaluable resource, I know he was for me. :)
