You just create a new cargo train picking the engine you want to use. Then you pick a trailer (this changes all of them to the same) and number of trailers in the default editor window. After that you pick a trailer to edit in the Asset Vehicle Editor window and change it to. Remember to save using the mod's save button! Otherwise it doesn't save all the different ones.
If you have my trains, you'll have all the trailers that come with them. They're probably named something with the engine's name and trailer1/2. It might take a few attempts to find the ones you want. :)
