Description
This mod adds a new T4 Research (400 knowledge cost) for Necromancers that increases the city Gold/Mana/Prod/Knowedge by 15%.

It is intended to be a Midgame econ boost for Necros to keep up.

It was (and still is) working for me.
But just in case that duplicate ID assertion that sometimes comes up was causing your issue, I've updated with the duplicated ID issue gone.
Try it now.

BTW, were u getting -65% to just production, or everything?

Might be a mod conflict but yes it added +15% and at the same time substracted -65% -,-°
