Description
Cynic Prime, a wealthy and highly influential system ruled under the great TotalHalibut has turned it's back on the weak, ignoble Terran Alliance, and created House Biscuit. This dedicated, precise and methodical Union is known for it's citizens having a greater FOV and natural ability to see higher FPS than most humans. This is due to mandatory genetic modification at birth, these modifications can be controlled by the individual, using in depth personal sliders.
