TBH - OrbitalCommand_Light

Description
This is a SimSpeed friendly version of the OrbitalCommand, for people that don't play on NASA computers. XD

MOD FREE!

Changes:
- Removed all tubes that where not visible and changed them for Coveyor blocks.
- Removed all small ships. (If you whant you still can grab them from my SteamWorkshop)
- Removed several Gyroscopes, there are still Gyros inside the Station, but you will have a harder time moving it around.

Updates:
- Added hydrogen tank and some bottles inside of it.
