PBEM leave fix

Description
Sometimes when a player retires from PBEM-games crash of Civ5 constantly occurs during the performing his turn by AI. It is can leads to the impossibility to continue a game.

This mod is designed to avoid this crash in such cases, and helps to make the first AI turn after the human leave.

To use it, load your save via MODS menu, select Custom Advanced Setup and this mod, load hotseat game via Custom Advanced Setup menus. Make your turn as usual. You will not need mod for furhter turns - second and following AI turns should not cause new crashes.

This is DLL replacing mod.

***** FIVE STARS!! After 1 Year of playing a game (on GMR) it stucked, crashedand and there was no way to continue, BUT this mode HELPED out. Very useful. I can 100% recomend!!

You can read how to load hotseat game with another mods here: http://multiplayerrobot.com/About/Mods in the "If your game crashes on load" section. In brief, you should select "Single Player -> Custom Game -> Load Hot Seat Game".

I'd love to try this but when I load the mod I only have the option to load a single player game. Could you provide some assistance?
