Description
This is the version in the screenshots with the ivy and fence. Non-prop version here!
I just wanted this one for myself but thought I'd share :)

Reworked this. Scale is much better hopefully.
Homes will now spawn right next to each other, more true to the real versions.


Level 1 low density residential, 1x4, 4 color variations.

its beautiful, really do congradulate ou. and my only objection is easily remedied by editing the asset myself ... still, the idea of this being l1 is absolutely comic .. even if someone came up with a mod that let you start in the 1880s they would easily have been l3. today, these are mostly million-dollar+ homes
