Extreme Drop Bridge

Description
Build a 10m double-decker bridge, with only enough materials for one deck, bridge must be resetable as there are 2 hydraulic phases. Budget: $18,000, 1 Hydraulics, 1 Steel, 5 Road, Unlimited Wood and Cable. Difficulty: 5/5

This is the extreme version of my Drop Bridge. The added difficulty is primarily in the requirement that the bridge can be reset.
