[Particle] Magic Spell effects

Some particles that where inspired by skyrim and motivated by seeing many posters with characters holding unusual effects and a bunch of other non-magic/merasmus level magic stuffs

How to use;
Use the particle Systems that start with numbers. If it doesnt start with a # it means that its one of the many parts of the effect.
1. Add a Particle system
2. Choose the effect/element (# 1-4)
3. Set the "Emission Time" to how long you want the magic to exist for
4. Set the "Particle Lifetime" to be 5 seconds longer than Emmision Time
5. Position/lock the "control_point_0" particle to your characters hands or whatever you are attaching it to.
