I'll take it but a custom cursor for the game would be good instead of the default windows cursor

A great-looking alternative! It's stylish, yet still fits very nicely with the game's aesthetic.

Random thought -- With this mod's thumbnail, it immediately reminded me of the spinning 'next-turn' button (or as I more accurately call it, the 'mark of the beast') that we constantly have to stare at. Not sure it's even possible, but I'd love to see someone trying to replace that as well... perhaps with something like your thumbnail. :)
