Description
Swamps map given the handicap treatment. Resource rate x 3, popcap 950

players 1-4 heavily favored and receive:
artillery firebase + flak base + pickable weapons

winter version of said map;

needs some more winter tweaks done but other than that, it is good
need to also add winter vehicle skins

New idea for this map, you should add in the blizzard mechanic and make it able to build campfires. Anyways, thanks! :freezing::soviet:
