Marble Walls [DS Version]

Description
Add marble walls into the game.
Default recipe(Living wall disabled) : Alchemy Machine : 6 marbles.
Living Marble Wall recipe(Living wall enabled): Shadow manipulator : 6 marbles and 1 nightmarefuel.

News:
- No more dependency with Wall Health Regen
- New Living Marble Wall : Can be enable in option. Living Marble Wall will regenerate them health with a customisable rate. You need 6 marbles and 1 nightmarefuel in shadow manupulator to craft them and you get 6 walls.
- Fixed invisible walls in SW
- Added undeploy witch allow you to remove and place again a failed wall.

This works in RoG, but is invisible in Shipwrecked. It can still technically be placed, but there's no image under the mouse/when it's put down.

Also when I craft it, it only makes 1 wall.
