Description
Whilst constructing the Tsunami Class HSAC, Hyperion Systems engineers realised that the unique nature of these designs could be easily utilised in reverse. Although initially dismissed a ridiculous idea given the slow speed of larger vessels, recent improvements in thruster technology have made this idea considerably more useful. Wasting no time, Hyperion Systems poured considerable funds into the concept and within months, a new Ultra Heavy Interceptor prototype was built. Now ready for market, the Vampire is a terrifying prospect for enemy fighter pilots. With more firepower than a small squadron of fighters and considerable speed and agility, the Vampire can cut fighters in half with a brief burst of it's Twin Hellstorm Cannons. Combat tests have also shown that the sheer quantity of bullets spewed forth from the Vampire can cause significant damage to larger vessels.

Notes
*Due to the multi-grid nature of this ship and the limitations of projectors, some parts must be built manually in Survival.
Don't unlock dock connectors using the default keys, use the shortcut in the toolbar.

I try to make all my ships suitable for use in survival PvP and I'm trying to achieve some sort of balance between vessels to allow for multiple fleet builds, if you use my ships and find a good combination or a bug/problem, let me know.

i tried the ship out in a world, and after spawning it in, it started to rotate constantly. i don't know why.

So I know this hasn't been updated in forever and there have been a ton of changes to the game, but I'm trying to make it work. In survival though, I can't get the two connectors to place. I build the gatling housing attached to the rotor, but when i try to place the connector it wont place, even though it would seem that its outside the other connector's bounding box. Do you have a formula for making this work in survival?

Magic! It's the rotor trick, backed up with a locked connector. Same method I used on the HSAC class but in reverse. Stable in low latency MP! Check it out in game, you'll see it isn't actually very complicated.

Are those gatling guns on the front? How you do that??
