Tuskmod Last Roman Compatability Patch

Description
The current version of tuskmod required that I temporarily disable unit obsoletion on the last roman campaign in order to fix the grand campaign.

This mod simply exists to restore Tuskmods Compatibility with the last roman campaign, and will cause errors if run with the grand campaign.
