Highway with express lanes

Inner highway are local lanes connected to express lanes and exits off highway. Outer highway lanes are express that only connect to local lanes. Vehicles traveling long distances will use express instead of local and will avoid traffic backups. It also helps traffic on local lanes as some traffic is diverted to express causing fewer traffic jams.

Each section will fit together on flat terrain, however, some connections may need to be made on other terrains.
