1.1:
Changed crafting requirments to:
Ramshackle, Apprentice: X1
Journeyman, Mastercraft, Ascendant: X2

1.0:
Changes the multipliers of each tier of tool to:
Ramshackle: X2
Apprentice: X4
Journeyman: X6
Mastercraft: X8
Ascendant: X10

Should be stackable. Does not modify any core files.

It's only a percentage change. Not a guaranteed increase. Ascendant also stays exactly the same, along with primitive. The other's change.

I confirm it dont give a boost at all. stat ranges are exactly the same.

V1.1 changes a few values so that the crafting requirments of any new blueprints are significantly lower. Primitive is X1. Not really sure what your asking, but basically any new blueprints will be easier to craft and have a higher chance of being more effective.

v1.0 multipliers Drop items
v1.1 after craft can get any Ramshackle, Apprentice
Journeyman, Mastercraft, Ascendant
or drop rate from v1.0 :)
