[Particle] WWII Aerial effects

How to use;
Use the particle Systems that start with numbers. If it doesn't start with a # it means that its one of the many parts of the effect.
1. Add a Particle system
2. Choose the pcf file
3. Choose the effect (# 1-7)

Explosion/impact effect
1. Place the control_point_0 bone wherever you want the effect to be (Simple, no wizardry with these ones)

Bullet effects
1. Properly rotate and position the control_point_0 bone onto your weapon
2. Lock the bone to your gun if it is moving

Smoke effects
1. Position the control_point_0 bone onto your airplane/tank/unicorn
2. Rotate the smoke so the side at which the smoke moves towards is pointing away from the airplane/tank/unicorn
3. Lock the position to your airplane/tank/unicorn
