Tuchel's 4-3-3 Asymmetrical

The asymmetrical 4-3-3 often employed by Thomas Tuchel's Dortmund side, with the left offensive midfield overloaded and extremely high wingbacks providing the width to an otherwise narrow formation. This is an offensive and high pressing tactic, yet not too vulnerable to counters because the good positioning allows sweeping up second balls.

Also works for lesser teams, but requires players with good stamina, especially the wingbacks. The Aubameyang role up front is difficult to replicate. This tactic is using a Defensive Forward role to provide some balance and allow the forward to drop back, but depending on the players available this can also work as a False Nine or Complete Forward. A PPM of going deep to get ball is a nice to have.

I'm currently testing some slight modification in an effort to increase the ball possession and so far it is looking promising, but for Dortmund-like 65% or more possession you will need very strong midfielders.

The tactic looks very offensive with all these players upfront, but thanks to the very fluid style it is actually defensively quite sound. In my current save I'm only allowing a chance against every 92 minutes, as a newly promoted team.

Anybody knows how to update the tactic on Steam Workshop? I have saved my changes in the same file but that doesn't update Steam, and if I publish again as a new file it would probably be a new file and not update this one.
