Description

A replica build of Outpost Whisky from the movie Starship Troopers perfect for space engineers vs bugs game modes.

Whiskey Outpost was a Mobile Infantry installation on Planet P. During the Klendathu System Campaign, the base was commanded by General Owen. However, the Bugs swarmed the base and killed all the personnel (except for Owen, who hid in a storage locker). The bugs then sent a distress call to the Federation Fleet, bringing in the Roughnecks.

Shortly after the Roughnecks arrived, thousands of bugs swarmed on Whiskey Outpost in the engagement known as the Ambush at Whiskey Outpost.

Features
.Two tunnel entrances make sure to watch you back or patch up the holes quickly.
.Gun Tower (non function could be replace with turrets)

Nothing currently spawns on this scenario. It's a great idea but the game has rendered it buggered with updates.

A distinct lack of a spawn point with the base so perhaps a survival kit wouldn't hurt. Or make a drop pod spawn point or orbital station/ship spawn point above the base so you fall into it as an advanced team or something.

copy/pasting the blueprint of the base into the alien world with MES's creature spawner for spiders gives a pretty good feel to it. Crank up the spawn rates and set max spawns to about 50 works for some good fun. You'll have to recreate the tunnels yourself via voxel hand prior to playing. Also, the turrets are glitched out on the tower. Will need to rebuild to use them.

I also got the black screen on startup. Did a little looking around and it seems the scenario spawns you on a glitched out ship/fleet in space thousands of km away from the planet. Saved and reloaded the save and it dropped me into a creative world above the base by a hundred feet. Use this info as you see fit.
