Rusty's Steamer sounds

Description
A (work in progress) sound pack to be used on steamlocomotives on trainbuild.

Currently only has sounds for GWR ten wheelers, UP Challenger and 0-4-0 Saddletanks, but there's more to come!

they can be used with an e2, for putting on home built locomotives. This pack is incomplete tho, might remake the entire thing sometime in the future

This will be really helpful when it comes to building my 5400. Ik its not made for this class, but a pitch change should fix it.
