Quick Base V1.1 (Porta-House V4.1 Pre-Furnished)

Description
The newest model Porta-House, which is now part of a new tier porta-house set called: The Quick-Base(s)

This new model features a brand new ball socket door, which can swing open and closed. The walls are no longer gates, but rather wood walls, this adds extra rain protection. There is also now a floor.

4.1 comes with minor modifications.
