AeroSpace Shuttle

The AeroSpace Shuttle is designed to carry cargo / inventory / supplies from atmospheric flight to space flight and back when fully laden (~51,000kg total @ realistic setting). It is also equipped with a merge block and connector to allow for expansion into other roles like dogfighting, mining, larger cargo transport, etc.

*note* Due to the AeroSpace Shuttle only having 2 Left and Right Aero Thrusters, it is best to turn by banking into each turn as opposed to simply using Yaw (makes aero flight feel slightly more realistic).

To escape Earth:

1) Make sure you are NOT in a Mountain Range as starting too high will decrease Aero Thruster effectiveness
2) Make sure Ion Thrusters are OFF and Aero Thrusters are ON
3) Ascend using Up Aero Thrusters (space bar) and reach max speed
4) Once speed starts decreasing (around 5Km to 5.5Km), turn Ion Thrusters ON
5) With nose pointed up at 45 degrees, utilize both Up and Max Forward Thrust Override to ascend
6) Turn Aero Thrusters OFF at around 8Km, and point nose upward with only Max Forward Thrust Override
7) Slowly decrease Forward Thrust Override as max speed is reached to conserve battery power
8) Eventually escape Earth's gravity

To re-enter Earth:
1) Fly toward Earth at max speed, aiming for non-mountain range landing area
2) Turn Ion Thrusters OFF and Aero Thrusters ON
3) Keep Shuttle Horizontal, and ensure dampeners are ON
4) Wait to slow down to a hovering position (usually between 800m and 1500m up)
5) Slowly descend the rest of the way and land

The AeroSpace Shuttle is equipped with the following:

3 Large Forward Ion Thrusters
12 Small Up Ion Thrusters
6 Small Left, Right, Down, and Back Ion Thrusters

Aero Flight:
1 Large Forward Aero Thruster
2 Large Up Aero Aero Thrusters
6 Small Up and Back Aero Thrusters
6 Small Backward Aero Thrusters
2 Small Left, Right, and Down Aero Thrusters

Cargo:
+1 Connector
+3 Small Cargo Container
+1 Cockpit
+1 Oxygen Generator (Ice only obviously)
+2 Ejector

Other:
+5 Small Ship Batteries (appx. 30min+ of fulll forward thrust flight)
