Misc Main Menu Fixes

Description
Requires patch 4.5+

Just two minor things that I wanted to fix in the main menu.
-The glow when selecting the banner now extends all the way to the left
-The Steam Workshop sign now has a bar that it is hanging from instead of floating in mid air.

I might add change more stuff in the future.

I suppose I could add something for the map editor too. I'll do that when I have time.
