Guard portraits fix

Description
Changes in animated portraits for some guards to fit their appearance:
- Grey uniform for low tier K&O guards
- Hats for low tier FTM guards
- Plastech elite guard without helmet
- Different haircut for Siren, sleeves removed
As they wear in game.

To install:
subscribe to mod, start game, options/gameplay - "refresh mods" button. Now exit game and on next start mod will be downloaded and will appear in dlc/mod tab and campaign options.

Update: low tier FTM guard, Plastech's Elite and Siren joined the party.
Small pics for debriefing screen included. Mod renamed.

It remains fron ancient times when K&O guards were wearing FTM-alike shirts under vests (like those vests that K&O elites have), and radios. Alpha and half of early access times.
