The Sword of the Eternal Phoenix - One Handed Version

*As requested, uploaded to the Steam Workshop.

"The Sword of the Eternal Phoenix is a one-handed sword, wielded by a Dragon Priest from long ago. He is still rumoured to be guarding the stone, where he enchanted it to remain, until a worthy opponent could be it's champion once more!

The sword is enchanted with Fire Salts -- it deals 8 fire damage, for five seconds and has a 25% chance to disintegrate targets. The blade itself doesn't deal too much damage, but makes up for this by being faster than a usual sword!

You can not craft this legendary weapon at a forge, but once you own it you may temper the weapon, using Ebony and two Fire Salts -- with the right perk.

To find the weapon, head north from Ysgramors Tomb, or west from Septimus's Outpost. (Image is available)

Once you find the stone, where the sword is fixed you can pick it up, although you won't be greeted as a guest, as a Dragon Priest guards the weapon, who you must then kill in order to keep it. (If you cannot pick up the sword, stand on the rock and you should be able to activate it).

Hi mate, according to the latest change note the base damage is 15. Hope this helps!

Hi Alex, thanks for the message. At the time I did not consider level scaling when creating the mod. I am in the process of porting this mod over to anniversary edition and will be sure to consider scaling the enchantment to get better with the player.

Whys in the enchantment so bad only 8 fire dmg im level 56 if it scales with the player why is is 24 dmg and 8 fire dmg

@Klontz der Deutsche Sorry! The main reason for this levelling was to make it so level 1 or 2s couldnt' get it.

@Adam thanks for responding. i really thought the weapon was going to be great and it now is kind of lame that i can't use it. maybe when i am a higher level. :D

@KlontZ der Deutsche Yes, it is supposed to be a difficult challenge which scales with the player. I can't remember how much by and the exact mechanics since I haven't touched the mod in a long time - sorry
