Garrus ME3 Player model with fixed hitboxes

Description
The original model was made by Chilean Wolf and made into a playermodel by Just_Me but it was not fit for use in gamemodes like TTT so I took the liberty of modifiying the hitboxes to make the skin usable in TTT. I only changed the hitboxes nothing else. (I made this because the creator of the playermodel is going to be afk for a year and I can´t contact him)
