SCENARIO: ISD Savannah Experimental Facilities

You may now have access to the Interplanetary Ship Design Inc. Savannah Experimental shipyard and large scale mining operation. Here you will find several new design prototypes for planetary rovers and hoverships. There is also a large scale mining operation in charge of supplying the experimental facility with raw materials and developing a large scale indutrial mining ship. There are a few examples of these new mining ships at the Savannah facility as well as a ship at the Lunar Mining Outpost (on the lunar surface).

The African savannah has long been home the Interplanetary Ship Designs Inc. As such you may find various wreckage and burned out hulks downrange at the facility. There are pirates on the continent but none close enough to threaten the facility. Also, it is well armed and guarded around the clock. There is also a mining outpost located on the lunar surface which is controlled by this branch of the organization. It has a functional mining vessel as well as a docking gantry and emergency equipment onsite on the lunar surface.

Unfortunately the cargo shuttle that regularly services the run between The Savannah Facility and the Lunar Facility crashed in a terrible accident and was utterly destroyed. Also the small support ship in operation on the lunar surface was lost in the incident.

Your mission here at the Interplanetary Ship Design Inc. Savannah Facility is simple:

1) design and build a new cargo shuttle capable of orbital and sub-orbital operations to move ore back and forth to and from the moon. Also build a new small support ship for flight operations on the lunar surface. (you will need this ship to transport yourself from the lunar surface to the top of the mining gantry for repair and mining operations.)

2) mine enough raw materials to keep the Savannah facility stocked

3) mine enough ice to keep the lunar-based hydrogen-powered mining ship fueled and operational.

4) mine enough uranium on the lunar surface to keep both bases and their equipment powered up.

5) regularly transport ice to the lunar base and return with uranium and platinum for the savannah base.
