Extended Sample Character Shipwrecked

Description
All comments that violate Steam Rules and Guidlines will be reported.

This is a version of Extended Sample Character adjusted for Don't Starve: Shipwrecked.

Because of the differences in how the character is built, I decided to make this a separate version.

Differences from non-Shipwrecked version:
- Added symbols to character:
- arm_upper_skin
- droplet
- paddle
- torso_pelvis
- wake_paddle
- DST-specific faces removed. Added new SW face 15
- DST-specific hands removed. Added new SW hands 13 and 14.
- Added an example floatable item.

The tutorial for this is here.[forums.kleientertainment.com]

Question So if im making a character with the default version what would i need to copy paste from the shipwrecked version to make it compatible for default game + ship wrecked

why is it overwriting the stuff i write in modinfo.lua? i write "wunch" then when i open the game to see the changes, it shows up the same and the file has been changed back to its og state

In Shipwrecked when sailing side face disappears and in Hamlet sneezing during hayfever also makes face disappear.

Hello, I wanted to apologize why I have been checking the proportions of the characters again and only the head is small, I know, I'm stupid, I'm sorry. Have a nice day :DSTtophat:

On the proportions of the cat, it is true that it is smaller than any other character. Look at this image: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1848240089

Equipped objects are larger than any other part of the body and it is not just a head problem. But I am aware that the creator has more important things to do and that is why a possible update to solve these problems seems to be far away. So, if you want the character to have normal proportions, I suppose you will have to change the dimensions of each part of your mod individually until it has a normal size within the game.

PS: This template works perfect in Hamlet, just add this in modinfo.lua

reign_of_giants_compatible = true
dst_compatible = false
shipwrecked_compatible = true
hamlet_compatible = true

Hey, is it possible to update it for Hamlet?
Renetta 25 Feb, 2019 @ 12:21pm
If someone gets the same problem when modding, note that face-15 should now be face-33, so you should modify the .scml file

Seems like the face-15 doesn't work anymore. Can you please check ?

Hey, can you add back the DST-specific faces and hands? They're added back again because of that DS quality of life update I think.

For everyone saying that their character is small, it all comes down to the headbase. Basically if you raise the drawn image up a little, it will adjust the height of your character.
