Description
This mod slightly changes reform programs aiming for better playability on larger prisons.

If the mod doesn't work, place the file 'reform_programs.txt' in your Prison Architect installation folder inside a subfolder named 'data'.

E.g. 'C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Prison Architect\data\reform_programs.txt'

Changes to the original game:

- Workshop Induction and Carpentry are now led by a Workman;

- Capacity was increased to 20 places for the following programs: Workshop Induction, Kitchen Induction, General Education, Carpentry;

- Capacity was increased to 40 places for the following programs: Alcoholics Meeting, Spiritual Guidance.

Then it should be "...\Introversion\Prison Architect" folder instead of "C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Prison Architect" folder, i believe.

It seems like all of my mods are downloaded in /Introversion instead of the steamapps/common location. I've gone through all the files and can't locate the .mod file. Can anyone help me make this mod work?

I dont know what is a GoG version. I did that and works without having to activate the mod. Just by having the data folder in main game folder. Thanks.

If you're running the Steam version of the game, you need to find the .mod file that was downloaded to it when you subscribed to the mod. Open that file with WinRar or 7-Zip.
Now, navigate to C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Prison Architect\, create a data folder there, and extract the reform_programs.txt into it.
You subscribe to the mod so that it shows up for activation in the game (under Extras > Mods), then copy that text file into a folder called "data" in the root of the game directory so that it can actually run the mod code.
Don't know why it has to run that way, but then again, I'm running a GoG version of the game, not Steam.

I noticed that once I activate the mod it seems to make it so prisoners don't go to certain programs

There is no reform_program text file anywhere

@Urbanvixen: You have to create the 'data' folder inside C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Prison Architect. After you did it, put the 'reform_programs.txt' inside the 'data' folder. Also, remember to restart the game. I am not sure why the original reform programs can't be modded in the traditional way.

Doesn't seem to work. And I don't have a Prison Architect\data folder.... Any ideas ?
