After the Anglo-Chino wars had ended, the people of what was Canada had lost most of their land and homes to war. In turn the Canadian Government decided the last chance for thier nation was a new start. Hence "New Canada" was founded, a serene planet colonized by men and women of an old nation. iIt has close ties to earth to this day and frequently trades.
