Why mission 1 is endless

Mod consists of one and a half missions.
Mission 1: Survive a massive terrorist attack. Then go to the location indicated on the map. Good luck not walking into the second wave of terrorists which spawns just north of your destination.
Mission 2 (wip apparently): Rally Russians and Americans in order to fight the common terrorist threat.

Features:
=Characters don't retain experience between missions.
=Second mission incomplete
