jura7 i made sort of a refit of your ship, it has added 300k Kg but it has an extra turret, expanded landing space, connectors for 3 ships and 2 small landing pads, 2 more lifting thrusters to the sides and a reworked aft, also it expanded the ship to compartimentalize and reworked: gyro, medical, cryo, reactor and production rooms to fit the new design, also made it so its harder (a little bit) to break in and added a projector, but i wanted to ask you if i can post it in the workshop as the Mk II or should i change the name.

Using the landing gear fixed the problem. I haven't locked a landing gear in a long time, I know they said the fixed the problem with it, but I was still afraid it would blow up.
Now I can use the Zephyr on the alien world and use a small shuttle to get supplies (Uranium) from a (not yet build) space station.
Stupid spiders keep coming up through my heavy armor floor of my planet base, thanks to the Zephyr I'm going to be safe now in my survival world.

Weight limit is not a problem.
You should use landing gear of small ship to lock (P is standart for this).
I think it will solve you the problem.

I really like the design. I added a few more LCD screens, some batteries, solar panels and I made de cockpit airtight, but when I land a small ship on it, the ship starts to tip over.
Is there a weight limit for the ships?

I built a ship before planets called the Xephr, and that is pretty close O_O
