Raz: We need you to “certify” our newest prison facility, the HBB Penitentiary. You will have 48 hours to attempt a break out.
Conway: I only need 5 minutes. How much is your offer?
Raz: We will pay you $9000 whether or not you succeed.
Conway: Of course I'll succeed.
Raz: Sure. Meet me tomorrow at the subway for final briefing.

… hours later…
Gessler Jr.: So?
Raz: We got him! He doesn't suspect anything at all!
Gessler Jr.: Good! I'll give you 20 of my guards. Position them however you want. Just promise me Conway’s dead body.
Raz: 5 guards is just fine. Our prison is so secure, he'll probably rot in his cell trying to break out.
Gessler Jr.: You don't know Conway. He's a maniac! He will ransack the place before you know it. I'll give you 30 guards.
Raz: Boss, I hate to put you on hold, but Conway is on the other line.
Gessler Jr.: Go ahead. We have nothing else to talk about anyway.

...Raz answers the call...
Raz: Conway? Our briefing isn't until tomorrow.
Conway: Yeah, but I just have one question…
Raz: Go ahead.
Conway: What does HBB stand for?

This is sort of a prequel to the Counter-Sniper Tactics series. It somehow kicks off the series of events in that collection.
