Hmm, that's weird. As far as I can tell it works for other people, and I use it myself... So I don't know how to help.

Well this one dosent work. I found an other one, with the same song. And it worked. This one did not work for me.

When you say it doesn't work, what exactly do you mean? Is it playing the default tank music, or not playing at all? I'm just asking because an old friend couldn't use any tank music because it wouldn't even play the default one, his is broken.
