How To Use The Subterranean Electricity Repeater:

These repeaters are designed to link your town to a electrical power source (Like turbines genarators ect...) the way they spread electricity is like how houses spread their electricty, in blobs of contant zones. to connect your city simply place down distant from eachother but yet close enough so that the contact zones (the blue blob that surround them) come into contact.
