Remove Attrition and Population Limit Increase

Description
This mod increases attrition timing to 9999 (so attrition damage is virtually gone) and increases the population limits in the game.

I was inspired by "Population Limit Increase" by FLIR ツ, you can find his original mod here:

New population limits:
50 -> 250
75 -> 375
100 -> 500
125 -> 625
150 -> 750
200 -> 1000

Colossus:
50 -> 250 increased population

Yeah.. This aactually gives big disadvantage to Russians and some Wonders..

Can you create a mod mod or script that raises the caravan count? Its annoying when you have a massive empire build on the backs of your army and no trading annoys more than it should.
