This map primarily showcases a game mechanic I accidently found.
First button is there to teach you the mechanic.
Now has a micro-tutorial instead of a weird button.
^Look above the exit and go forward.

There isn't much puzzle to it really, what makes it hardish is dying/resetting a lot because of tight timing and illogical paths(even for this mechanic). So, I would say, it's mostly tiredness in play ;)

Wow, I couldn't solve it. Maybe also because I'm just home from work and am tired :P
I know the mechanic obviously but the puzzle beats me, gonna try again with a fresh mind later.
Thumbs up for the mechanic and for the puzzle being smarter than me.
