This stand-alone piece replaces George Washington with Ronald Reagan and a new specialty trait called 'Reaganomics'. Reaganomics gives a free market to every new city. Gain +10 gold per turn for every oil well and offshore platform. This mod also replaces the American Minuteman specialty unit with the Elite Jet Fighter. The Elite Jet Fighter has stronger attack power, flies faster, has a longer range, and gains experience more quickly than normal jet fighters.
