It's just a tesla coil. It doesn't simulate electricity, it just looks cool and that's all that matters.

Tips:
Put it next to a peasant village to have fun being a psychopath
Delete the pin holding the starting block to have it move around
Use invincibility (its not necessary but it might be a good precaution)
Zero gravity (for all you daring people)
Just watch it. It looks nice

How does it work?
Well, there is this glitched block in this game called a chain. In fact, it is so glitched that it hasn't been officially added to the game yet. But with clever editing of the .bsg file (block id: 13) , you can add it into the game. When you stretch or put a great amount of force on the chain, it starts behaving wierdly. Anyway, I exploited the glitch to make a tesla coil like machine. I hope you like it!
