Doctors Planet Pack #3 [Discontinued]

In 1 collection by Doctor Octoganapus
Doctors Planets (Master Collection)
130 items
Description
This pack contains the third wave of planets and moons I made.

All planets/moons work with Dedicated Servers

This pack includes:

- Rantis
- Taynor
- Zess
- Faros
- Yahvic

Rantis:

Rantis was formally a habitable Earth like planet that was teeming with life. However Rantis is reaching the end of its ability to support life, this has lead to a mass extinction of most life on the planet. There is still some planet life on Rantis, but it will soon fade away leaving nothing but the planets raw resources behind. Alsp do to the lack of planet life the planet has lots of dust in the air which affects visibility.

Works with Dedicated Servers

Recommended Moon = Zer
Recommended Size = 120000m (120km)
Oxygen Level = High
Gravity = 0.95g

Taynor:

Taynor is a habitable alien moon with a unique and dense atmosphere. Life is abundant throughout the entire moon giving the atmosphere plenty of oxygen among other things.

Note: There are spiders on this moon.

Works with Dedicated Servers

Recommended Planet = Vanos
Recommended Size = 19000m (19km) - 30000m (30km)
Oxygen Level = High
Gravity = 0.8g

Zess:

Zess is a large moon that has a dense atmosphere. Unfortunately the atmosphere is toxic so you will have to bring your own oxygen supply when exploring this moon.

Works with Dedicated Servers

Recommended Planet = Glacius
Recommended Size = 19000m (19km) - 30000m (30km)
Oxygen level = None
Gravity = 0.6g

Faros:

Faros is a snow covered planet that has lots of life. Snow covered forests cover most of the planet giving it an oxygen atmosphere however there are also toxins in the atmosphere making it unwise to take off your helmet. The atmosphere is quite foggy and the planet seems very bright from orbit do to the snow covering the planet.

Will work with Dedicated Servers

Recommended Moon = Utar
Recommended Size = 120000 (120km)
Oxygen Level = Low
Gravity = 1g

Yahvic:

Yahvic is a alien world known for having iron valleys. The planet has lots of vegetation giving you oxygen but there is not enough to sustain human life. Although the atmosphere can't sustain you the iron valleys are real and you will be rich with iron.

Note: There are spiders on this Planet.

Works with Dedicated Servers

Recommended Moon = Xiantar
Recommended Size = 120000m (120km)
Oxygen Level = Low
Gravity = 1.15g

The planets were released individually, the pack came out after words. You can look each of them up seperately.

Why do the descriptions of the planets not list which one they are in the image?

All custom planets are broken at the momment form todays patch - height maps don't load nothing I can do.

However custom planets will still work if you manually install the height maps (its the only work around right now).

Since the update today I've been having trouble loading your planets. While loading the world i get large error boxes, and when ignore them, the planets have completely flat surfaces. I also tried to spawn one in and the same thing happened. You probably already knew this but i thought i should point it out just in case. Love your planets! Keeep up the good work!

Alright, it was acting pretty strange for me, since when I had something on 120KM, It either spawned far away from me or it became quite tiny, when I had something on 19km, it was absolutely massive and seemed to spawn close to me.

The slider changes size. Its distance is like copy pasting a ship/station.

Hmm.. I can't for the life of me actually figure out how exactly to change the size of a planet, is it just the slider that's 19km-120km or is that just how far the planet is in fact away?
